Certification: Red Cross CPR Level C – valid for 3 years
This hands-on CPR course will teach you how to confidently respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Perfect for workplace training, parents, fitness professionals, or anyone who wants to be prepared.
What We’ll Be Covering
Participants will learn and practice:

Recognizing emergencies and calling for help

CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants

Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
-
Choking response (conscious and unconscious)
-
Recovery position and basic first aid principles
-
COVID-safe protocols for performing CPR
Successful completion includes a Red Cross certification card issued at the end of the course.
Schedule (5:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
8:00 AM – Noon
Welcome, course overview, and introductions, Emergency response basics + CPR for adults, AED training and simulated emergency drills
Noon – 1:00 PM
Lunch
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
CPR for children and infants + choking scenarios, Skills assessment & individual practice, Q&A, certification distribution, and wrap-up
